Time Frame: Items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 30 days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.
RETURNS ARE PROCESSED AND THEN SENT OUT ON FRIDAYS ONLY. PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR RETURNED ITEMS TO BE INSPECTED BEFORE BEING CREDITED.
Refund Type: Store credit will be issued to the customer and e-mail notifying the customer that store credit has been issued.

Overview: returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The Catch: Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way and must be in condition for us to resale. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.
**Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. This means you CANNOT use the shoe box as the main shipping container, please place shoe box inside of a separate box or bag.**
If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee OR we reserve the right to send the items back to you.

Items discounted 30% or more will not be accepted as returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable on most orders. Some exceptions do apply and are refunded at our discretion.
Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by e-mail within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT ITEM; PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER.
We do not ship on weekends.
We ship through the USPS.

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:
Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay the process.
